    Railway Department Releases Key Notification for Candidates Preparing for Railway Exams – New Dates Announced for Total 41,500 Posts – Railway Board Issued Revised Notice

    RRB New Exam Dates 2024:

    Department of Railways has released an important announcement for the candidates who are preparing for the Railway Exams. The examination dates for some railway examinations have been changed. Railway has placed the revised notice in this regard on the official website. Already, the Railway Recruitment Board has already notified the exam dates for various jobs in the zones under its jurisdiction. But now due to some reasons the exam dates have been changed. The Railway Board said that the candidates should note this.

     A total of 41,500 vacancies will be filled in all railway zones. Of these, 18,799 Assistant Loco Pilot, 452 RPF SSI, 14,298 Technician, 7951 Junior Engineer posts have been notified and the dates have been announced for conducting recruitment tests. Among these, changes have been made in the schedule of Railway Technician, RPF SSI, JE written exams. But Assistant Loco Pilot exam will be conducted as usual. All these exams will be held in the months of November and December.

    Changed RRB Written Exam Dates 

    • CEN 01/2024- Assistant Loco Pilot (CBT-1)- 25.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 (No change)

    • CEN RPF 01/2024- RPF SSI- 02.12.2024 to 12.12.2024

    • CEN 02/2024- Technician- 18.12.2024 to 29.12.2024

    • CEN 03/2024- Junior Engineer(JE)- 13.12.2024 to 17.12.2024

     These precautions are mandatory

     • The railway board will announce the exam city and date details ten days before the examination.

     • Admit card can be downloaded before four days.

     • Aadhaar linked biometric authentication is mandatory for the exam. That’s why original Aadhaar card should be carried while going for the exam.

     • Candidates should refer only official websites of RRB for latest information regarding Railway Exams.

     • All recruitments are done transparently. Care should be taken if someone is trying to mislead.

     • RRB selections are based on computer based test, merit only.

     The dates of these exams have not been announced 

     Dates of written exam for NTPC, Paramedical and RPF constable posts are to be announced. NTPC notification is already closed. Also the last date to apply for non NTPC notification is 27th of this month. Following the posts, candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests, skill test, certificate verification, medical test etc.
